Who you deal with
One number, one bill, wherever you are
SolvePrint is run by copier engineers who have worked on business copiers since 2018. Wherever you are in England, you deal with us directly. We arrange delivery, installation and repairs, and you get one monthly bill.
Questions about where we cover
Do you cover my area?
We are based in London and also cover Manchester, Yorkshire (including Leeds, Sheffield and Bradford) and the Midlands (including Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester and Coventry). We deliver across England. Call us with your postcode and we'll confirm.
Are your prices the same outside London?
Yes, our monthly plans and page prices are the same: £10, £20 or £30 a month, plus 0.3p per black page and 2.5p per colour page. No VAT to add. If you are outside the areas above, we'll confirm delivery when you call.
How quickly can you fix a broken machine?
In London, as soon as possible, often the next working day. In Manchester, Yorkshire and the Midlands, usually within a day or two. Repairs are included in your rental.
Do you cover Scotland and Wales?
We focus on England. Call us anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Is SolvePrint a London company?
Yes. We are based in Hillingdon, West London. Wherever you are, you deal with us directly: one phone number and one monthly bill.
