What colour printing costs on our plans
One monthly rental, plus the pages you print. Toner is included in the page price, so there are no cartridges to buy.

Laser or inkjet?
Why a colour laser copier costs less to run
Office inkjets look cheap to buy, but the ink adds up. With the maker's own cartridges, a colour page on a typical office inkjet often costs 10p or more.
A colour laser copier uses toner, which lasts far longer. On our plans a colour page costs 2.5p with toner included, and the machine is serviced and repaired by our own engineers.
Laser prints come out dry, with sharp text, and the machines are built for office volumes. Printing a lot of colour? Tell us roughly how much, and we'll check which plan works out cheapest for you.

Who you deal with
Run by copier engineers, not salespeople
We have worked on business copiers since 2018. We install and repair every machine ourselves, so when something goes wrong you speak to the person who fixes it, not a call centre.
If switching won't save you money, we'll tell you.We don't sell machines people don't need.
Colour printer rental questions
Are these laser printers?
Yes. Every machine is a Konica Minolta colour laser copier. They use toner, not ink.
Do I need A4 or A3?
If you only print letters, forms and leaflets, A4 is enough. Choose A3 if you print posters, window cards, plans or large spreadsheets.
What does a colour page cost?
2.5p per colour page and 0.3p per black page, with toner included. You also pay the monthly rental: £20 for A4 colour, £30 for A3 colour.
Is this the same as colour printer hire?
Yes. Hire and rental mean the same thing here. Tell us how long you need it. Very short hires, such as a single month, may cost a little more.
What if it breaks?
We fix it ourselves, at no extra cost. We come out as soon as possible, often the next working day, depending on when you call.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Hillingdon, West London, and deliver across England.
