Konica Minolta laser printers and copiers for London offices. We deliver them, set them up, service them and fix them. You pay a monthly rental plus only the pages you print.

Every machine is a Konica Minolta laser printer or copier. The page prices are the same on every plan: 0.3p per black page and 2.5p per colour page.

Rent or buy?
Why offices rent laser printers instead of buying them
Buying a printer looks cheap until the other costs arrive: toner cartridges, a repair bill when it jams for good, and a replacement when it gets old. None of that is in the price on the box.
Renting turns all of it into one predictable bill. Toner is included in the page price, our own engineers do the repairs at no extra cost, and you never end up owning an ageing machine.
Laser printers use toner rather than ink, which suits office printing: sharp text, and they cope with volume far better than a desktop inkjet.

Who you deal with
Run by copier engineers, not salespeople
We have worked on business copiers since 2018. We install and repair every machine ourselves, so when something goes wrong you speak to the person who fixes it, not a call centre.
If switching won't save you money, we'll tell you.We don't sell machines people don't need.

Do you rent laser printers?
Yes. Every machine we supply is a Konica Minolta laser printer or copier. They use toner, not ink.
Can a small business rent just one printer?
Yes. Our plans are per machine, from £10 a month for an A4 black-and-white laser printer.
Is this a lease?

What happens if it breaks?
We fix it ourselves, at no extra cost. We come out as soon as possible, often the next working day, depending on when you call.
Is this the same as printer hire?
Yes. Hire and rental mean the same thing here. If you only need a printer for a short time, tell us how long. Very short hires, such as a single month, may cost a little more.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Hillingdon, West London, and deliver across England.
