Common questions
What will I actually pay?
Two things only: the monthly rental and the pages you print (3p per page on the £10 printer; 0.3p per black page and 2.5p per colour page on our copiers). Nothing else.
Is toner included?
Yes. Toner is covered by your per-page price, so you never buy cartridges.
What happens if it breaks?
We fix it ourselves, at no extra cost. We come out as soon as possible, often the next working day, depending on when you call. Repairs are done by our own team, not passed to a third party.
Do I pay for delivery or installation?
No. We deliver it, set it up and connect it to your computers for free.
How long is the contract?
Our standard agreement is 5 years, with your monthly price fixed for the whole time. Want something more flexible? Contact us and we'll agree a term that fits. Very short rentals, such as a single month, may cost a little more. Everything is agreed in writing before you sign.
Do I need to add VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the prices you see are what you pay.
Is this the same as photocopier hire?
Yes. Hire and rental mean the same thing here: you pay a monthly price for the machine, plus the pages you print. Need one for a short time? Tell us how long. Very short hires, such as a single month, may cost a little more.

We are copier engineers and have worked on business copiers since 2018, installing, servicing and fixing machines for offices and schools. We still install and repair every machine ourselves, so when you call, you speak to someone who knows your machine, not a call centre.
