How much does photocopier rental cost in London?
Photocopier rental in London costs from £20 a month for an A4 colour copier and £30 a month for an A3 colour copier with us, plus 0.3p per black page and 2.5p per colour page. Delivery, installation, toner, servicing and repairs are included, and there's no VAT to add.

What affects the price
Four things change what you pay
- Machine size: A4 copiers cost less to rent than A3 copiers.
- How much colour you print: a colour page costs about eight times a black page, so colour volume moves your bill most.
- How many pages you print: you only pay for the pages you print, so quiet months cost less.
- Extras: a stapling or folding finisher adds to the rental. Ask us for a price.
Before you sign anything
Costs to check in any copier lease
Many copier agreements look cheap per month but cost more over the whole term. Check for:
- Page rates that rise every year: ask whether the price per page is fixed. Our monthly rental is fixed for the whole agreement.
- Minimum page charges: some agreements bill a set number of pages even when you print fewer. With us you pay for the pages you print.
- A separate finance company: your payments may go to a finance company, not the copier supplier. We rent to you directly.
- Extra charges: toner, delivery, installation or engineer call-outs. Ours are all included.
- End of the agreement: notice periods, automatic renewals and collection fees.
- VAT: many suppliers add 20% VAT on top. We don't, because we are not VAT registered.

How much does it cost to rent a photocopier in London?
From £20 a month for an A4 colour copier and £30 a month for an A3 colour copier, plus 0.3p per black page and 2.5p per colour page. Delivery, installation, toner, servicing and repairs are included, and there is no VAT to add.
What is the cost per copy?
0.3p for a black-and-white page and 2.5p for a colour page. So 1,000 black pages cost £3.00 and 1,000 colour pages cost £25.00. Toner is included in the page price, so you never buy cartridges.
Do I have to add VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add to any of our prices.
Are delivery and installation included?
Yes. We deliver the copier, install it, set it up on your computers and show your staff how to use it, at no extra cost.
How long is the contract?
Our standard agreement is 5 years, with the monthly rental fixed throughout. Want something more flexible? Contact us and we'll agree a term that fits.
Is it cheaper to rent or lease a photocopier?
With us there is no difference: you pay one monthly price plus the pages you print, with no finance company in the middle. With other suppliers, compare the total cost over the whole term, including page charges and any yearly price rises.
Do you cover all of London?
Yes, all of Greater London. Our engineers are based in Hillingdon, West London, so Uxbridge, Hayes, Ruislip, Ealing, Hounslow and Harrow are closest.
