Repairs
Our own engineer covers Bristol
If your machine breaks down, call us. We look after Bristol machines ourselves, not through a subcontractor, and repairs are usually done within a day or two. Repairs are included in your rental.

Who fixes the machine if it breaks?
We do. Our own engineer covers Bristol from London, and repairs are usually done within a day or two. Repairs are included in your rental, and you call one number: no call centre, no subcontractor.
How much does photocopier rental cost in Bristol?
The same as everywhere: £10 a month for an A4 black-and-white printer, £20 for an A4 colour copier and £30 for an A3 colour copier, plus 0.3p per black page and 2.5p per colour page on the copiers (3p per page on the £10 printer). No VAT to add.
Is there a long contract?
Our standard agreement is 5 years, with the monthly price fixed throughout. Want something more flexible? Contact us and we’ll agree a term that fits.
Which areas around Bristol do you cover?
Bristol and South Gloucestershire, including Filton, Bradley Stoke, Kingswood, Yate and Thornbury, plus Keynsham. We do not cover Bath, North Somerset or the rest of Somerset, so not Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Portishead or Nailsea. Not sure? Is toner included?
Yes. Toner is covered by the page price, so you never buy cartridges.
Can I lease a photocopier in Bristol?
Yes. Our standard agreement is 5 years, with one fixed monthly price plus the pages you print, and no finance company in the middle. Delivery, installation, toner and repairs are included. Already in a lease? Send it to us and we will tell you, free, when you can leave.
Do you rent printers to small businesses in Bristol?
Yes. Our plans are per machine, so a small office can rent a single A4 colour printer that also copies and scans, from £20 a month plus the pages you print. Delivery and installation are free.
