Rent, hire or lease
Photocopier hire and leasing in London
Whether you call it renting, hiring or leasing, you get a Konica Minolta photocopier or printer for a monthly price, plus the pages you print. Our standard agreement is 5 years. Want something more flexible? Contact us and we'll agree it in writing. Short-term printer hire is also available.

Repairs
Our own engineers, based in West London
If your machine breaks down, call us. Our engineers are based in Hillingdon, and we come out as soon as possible, often the next working day. Repairs are included in your rental.

How much does photocopier rental cost in London?
£10 a month for an A4 black-and-white printer, £20 for an A4 colour copier and £30 for an A3 colour copier, plus 0.3p per black page and 2.5p per colour page on the copiers (3p per page on the £10 printer). No VAT to add.
Can I rent a printer in London for a short time?
Yes. Tell us how long you need it for. Very short hires, such as a single month, may cost a little more.
Do you rent office printers as well as photocopiers?
Yes. Our Starter plan is an A4 laser printer for £10 a month, and our colour copiers start at £20 a month.
Who fixes the machine if it breaks?
Our own engineers, based in Hillingdon. Repairs are included in your rental, and we come out as soon as possible, often the next working day.
Is toner included?
Yes. Toner is covered by the page price, so you never buy cartridges.
Do you supply schools in London?
Yes. Schools and academies can also send us their current copier contract for a free check of what they really pay.
